2012 ROSC WELFARE BAZAAR
The Ramstein Welfare Bazaar began as a community fundraiser in 1965 and has since grown into not only Ramstein's favorite annual event, but it has also grown into the world's largest military bazaar: a four-day multinational event featuring over 135 vendors and 25 food vendors.
Still a community fundraiser, every penny of the Ramstein Welfare Bazaar's net proceeds benefits the Kaiserslautern Military Community in the following calendar year. Last year's Bazaar netted over $270,000 for the KMC. Beneficiaries of those proceeds include student and spouse scholarship recipients, Boy and Girl Scouts, youth and community programs and more...all thanks to your support. 2010 Ramstein Welfare Bazaar proceeds were distributed by the ROSC Welfare Committee during 2011 in the following ways:
This year's Bazaar is sponsored by the 86th Force Support Squadron and is produced by the Ramstein Officers' Spouses Club and will be held from September 13-16. Whether you are a Committee Member, a Volunteer, a Food Vendor, a Vendor, or an enthusiastic shopper, we thank you so much for your support of the people of the KMC. Without your efforts, we couldn't possibly put on such an enormous event.
We look forward to seeing you this September!
