Application Information

  • The application period for merchandise vendors for the 2019 Ramstein Bazaar is now open. The deadline for applications is 15 March 2019.

  • Every vendor must complete this on-line application to be eligible for selection.

  • After submitting your application, you will receive an email confirming your submission. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please apply again or email

  • Past participation in the Ramstein Bazaar is not a guarantee of future participation.

  • All vendors will be notified of the status of their application via email after 1 June 2019. You will receive an invitation email, a position on the wait list, or a regret email. You will receive further instructions and contact information at that time.

  • *Please note this application is NOT for private organization food vendors. That application process is separate and will be available online at a later date. All private organizations in good standing with the 86th FSS will be notified by that organization of the details for applying for a food vendor slot closer to the application time. Please contact if you have further questions.

Each space comes with 1 FREE table and 2 FREE benches. Additional tables and benches are available to rent.
Please select the primary category for your merchandise.
Please list all types of merchandise that you would like to sell. For example: scarves, bags, hats, dresses. These items will be listed in your contract as authorized merchandise if you are selected to participate. If you are a new vendor or are a vendor who has not participated in a Ramstein Bazaar in the past 3 years, you must submit photos of your merchandise via email to immediately upon completion of your application. Failure to do so could result in not being selected for participation in this year's Bazaar.
