Base Access Manager

The Base Access Manager(s) oversees the approval of base access to all invited Vendors in a timely manner.

Applicants must possess strong computer skills, including Google Suite, Word, Excel, mail merge skills, and be trained in Google docs.  Applicants must also possess strong verbal and written communication skills.  The Base Access Manager(s) will communicate courteously with vendors by telephone, email, and face-to-face. If unable to rectify an issue, the Operations Director will help to facilitate. Base Access Manager(s) also and work Vendor Check-In at the LVIS Gate.

The Base Access Manager(s) reports directly to the Operations Director. During the Bazaar, the Base Access Manager(s) will be on site to provide committee support daily after Vendor check-in is completed.
